Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground Shipping Method will be processed within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM EST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Next Day or Two-Day Personalized orders may take an additional business day to process.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
 

Ground: Free on eligible orders. Will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping.

Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping
 

Next-Day: Will arrive the following business day after processing and shipping

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping.
